Job Summary
E-Com Lead responsible for planning and executing daily product exposure on .com and app to optimize visibility, deals, and ranking in line with commercial priorities and financial targets. Drive data-driven improvements across end-to-end digital shopping journey, inventory management, and omni-channel impact. Collaborate with Commercial and Digital Experience Leads to execute the India market strategy, monitor performance, and translate data insights (including SQL) into actionable trading improvements. Lead site merchandising, optimization of content, navigation, and category performance, and communicate commercial priorities and activation plans for strong onsite execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
