Job Summary
Product Owner leadership role bridging product strategy and technology delivery for Ethics & Compliance initiatives at PwC. Translate strategic priorities from Ethics & Compliance leadership into actionable Epics and Features, manage backlog and backlog refinement with Product Managers and engineering teams, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. Facilitate Business Validation Testing (BVT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs, support product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews, and maintain product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, sprint goals, and release planning. The role requires collaboration across project teams, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes, aligning delivery with the product roadmap and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
