E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff (Project Execution, Power Innovation-East)

Job Summary
Leads a team to implement highly complex project plans across engineering, procurement, and construction in power generation and grid infrastructure. Manages scope, schedule, and budget for large-scale power projects; applies engineering and construction standards to design and integrate high-voltage systems and control architectures; coordinates internal and external partners; prepares executive-level updates; develops and implements project reports, schedules, and costing forecasts; and drives solutions that improve reliability and profitability while mitigating technical, contractual, and regulatory risks. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction partners, evaluating economic impacts, and delivering results that align with corporate objectives and safety targets. Requires significant travel and hybrid work arrangement in office locations such as Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management
- Minimum 15 years’ experience for E&C Project Manager Staff; Minimum 10 years’ experience for E&C Project Manager Senior
- PMP or PE (preferred)
- Master’s degree in business, project management or engineering management (preferred)
- Microsoft Project Certification (MS) (preferred)
- PMP, PE, and Microsoft Specialist Project Certification (MS) (preferred)
