E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff (Power Innovation-Project Development)

Job Summary
Lead moderate-to-large-scale oil and gas E&C projects, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver on time. Build and guide core project teams, manage technical resources through project lifecycle, and develop detailed reports, schedules, and cost forecasts. Prepare and evaluate RFPs and vendor selections; conduct economic analyses (CAPEX/OPEX, lifecycle value, sensitivity analysis) to optimize profitability. Interface with commercial, engineering, permitting, and operations teams to assess feasibility and alignment; identify risks and mitigation strategies; and support transition into execution. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering/construction management with substantial experience (Senior 10+ years; Staff 15+ years), PMP/PE and MS Project certification preferred; travel up to 50% and hybrid work arrangement in office roles. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience for E&C Project Manager Senior
- Minimum 15 years’ experience for E&C Project Manager Staff
- PMP or PE preferred
- Microsoft Specialist Project Certification (MS) preferred
