E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff (Power Innovation East)

Job Summary
Lead and manage large-scale E&C projects in the energy sector, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Drive strategic decisions, develop executive-level updates, and apply engineering/construction standards to design and integrate power generation, high-voltage technologies, and control systems. Anticipate risks, optimize reliability and profitability, and coordinate with internal partners and external contractors to deliver safe, efficient outcomes. Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and safety-focused skills; leverage PLC/Stage-Gate knowledge and EPC experience to advance project life cycles from concept through completion. Be a senior mentor who aligns project objectives with corporate strategy while advancing business performance and operational efficiency. Must be willing to travel up to 50% and engage in hybrid work arrangements; relocation eligibility supported.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's in business, project management or engineering management
- PMP, PE, and Microsoft Specialist Project Certification (MS)
