Job Summary
E-Boutique Manager responsible for building and executing the e-boutique vision and budget, driving sales performance to meet targets, and acting as a brand ambassador for Jaeger-LeCoultre. Lead and coach a high-performing team, manage CRM-driven clienteling and omni-channel initiatives, monitor KPIs and market trends, ensure stock integrity and inventory alignment with commercial goals, and collaborate with internal stake-holders to deliver exceptional client experiences and compliance with group policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with 4 years minimum of experience directly related to call center/customer service
