E-Billing Specialist

Submit client invoices electronically using BillBlast, identify and resolve submission issues, and coordinate with attorneys and administrative staff to manage ongoing e-Billing tasks. Maintain an internal database of e-billed clients and their compliance requirements while documenting reference materials for the e-Billing process. Collaborate with management and outside counsel to support and expand the Firm's e-Billing program, conduct research, and perform other analytical projects as needed. This role supports the efficient operation of e-billing processes and ensures accurate, timely billing at Fisher Phillips.
