Job Summary
Submit client invoices electronically using BillBlast, identifying and resolving submission issues while coordinating with attorneys and administrative staff. Maintain a database of e-billed clients and their compliance requirements, document reference materials, and collaborate with management to expand the firm's e-Billing program. Conduct research and perform analytical projects as needed. This role supports the efficient operation of e-billing processes and exceptional client service at Fisher Phillips.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of e-Billing experience navigating systems such as BillBlast or eBillingHub
- Working knowledge of Legal eXchange, Legal-X, Legal Tracker, Litigation Advisor [LSS], TyMetrix360 and similar systems
- 2+ years of experience working in a Law firm
