E-Billing Specialist

Utilize BillBlast to submit client invoices electronically and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the submission process. Coordinate with attorneys and administrative staff to manage ongoing e-Billing tasks, maintain a client database, and update reference materials. Collaborate with management and outside counsel to expand the Firm's e-Billing program and conduct analytical projects as needed. This role supports the efficient operation of e-billing processes and exceptional client service within a premier international labor and employment law firm.
