E-Billing Coordinator

Job Summary

Submit monthly electronic invoices to corporate clients while maintaining data accuracy in the 3E system and external web applications. Act as a liaison between billing attorneys, secretarial staff, and client representatives to coordinate resubmissions and resolve discrepancies against firm guidelines. Assist E-Billing Supervisors with system administration tasks, including user account management, security level assignments, and status report updates. Protect all sensitive, confidential, and proprietary financial information during daily operations. Maintain compatibility with LEDES, ASCII, and XML formats while ensuring all client and firm billing policies are followed.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of 3E's E-Invoicing module
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience with the 3E Billing system
  • A minimum of one (1) year of related experience involving billing processes and practices
  • Knowledge of LEDES formats
  • Knowledge of ASCII and XML formats
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Possess knowledge of basic accounting principles
