Job Summary
Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes. Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet while contributing to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality. Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow. Work with a dedicated team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment. Monday to Friday schedule with weekends free.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic)
- Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools
- Fluency in English or German
