Job Summary
DZ Driver responsible for safely operating a heavy-vehicle (Class 3/DZ with air brakes) to perform local deliveries of gas products and hardgoods. Responsibilities include loading/unloading cylinders, managing multiple daily deliveries, balancing cylinder load sheets and records, using handheld devices to process deliveries and reconcile inventory, complying with government regulations, maintaining vehicles per policy, and reporting safety hazards. Ideal candidates will have a valid Class 3 or DZ license, at least 1 year of driving experience (or 3 years with training), Grade 12 or equivalent, a clean driving abstract, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Knowledge of the gas/welding industry, experience with handheld devices, and WHMIS/TDG certification are assets.
