Job Summary
Conduct enterprise observability, monitoring, and production operations using Dynatrace (mandatory) and Splunk (preferred). Perform Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and log, metric, and trace analysis. Configure and tune alerts, develop dashboards, and implement anomaly detection. Integrate systems with ServiceNow ITOM and execute observability design and implementation. Requires 7+ years of experience. Location: PAN India / As per Project Requirement.
