Job Summary
Application Support Engineer role focused on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across complex software environments. Responsibilities include acting as a software detective to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems, guiding and coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing deep expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance, sharing knowledge and best practices, analyzing incidents to implement effective solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns and proposing enhancements. Strong emphasis on Dynatrace monitoring, incident analysis, collaboration with multi-team stakeholders, and evaluating new technologies to enhance monitoring and support capabilities. Requires onsite presence in Charlotte, NC three days per week and travel (five days per quarter).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced proficiency in Dynatrace Monitoring Integration
- Advanced proficiency in Splunk is recommended
- Advanced proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, and AWS Cloud Computing is suggested
