Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and operational system requirements while evaluating existing processes to propose enhancements. Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting design, development, and deployment of new functionalities. Govern third-party solutions, conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses, and ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms. Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality. Develop models, reports, and documentation to support business functions. This role sits within Johnson Matthey's global team focused on sustainable technology solutions and decarbonizing modern life.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies
- Ability to assess and govern third-party solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities
