Job Summary
Lead discovery workshops with executive stakeholders, design end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions, and configure Power Platform applications to align with business outcomes. Document functional requirements, manage project scope, and coordinate with Solution Architects and developers to support go-live activities and post-implementation optimization. Partner with sales teams to deliver product demonstrations, develop Statements of Work, and build trusted executive relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities into Managed Services, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. Establish delivery methodologies, standardize documentation, and mentor junior consultants to scale a dedicated Business Applications practice.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, or Finance & Operations
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Azure integrations (working knowledge)
