Job Summary
Lead solutions that improve business operations by working with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and the Power Platform. Play a key role in the AI and automation roadmap by collaborating with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to turn their ideas and challenges into practical solutions. Own the outcome of these initiatives, designing and delivering improvements across the business while providing BAU support beyond daily ticket queues. Help shape the Dynamics 365 environment and drive enhancements that influence the direction of the CRM platform.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience
- good understanding of Power Platform Administration
- Azure DevOps experience
- comfortable talking with business users
- understanding their requirements
- helping turn them into practical solutions
- citizen, permanent resident or hold all the relevant employment visas and other approvals for the location and duration of this position
