Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects, managing the full lifecycle from discovery and planning through deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers while facilitating workshops to gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses. Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and partners to execute delivery, monitor progress, and manage change requests. Oversee solution quality, testing, and integration activities involving Azure, ERP platforms, and APIs using Agile or traditional methodologies. Support change management, user training, and adoption activities to maximise business value, leveraging Power BI for performance monitoring. Fluent in Swedish and English, you will work with customers across diverse industries to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience managing IT implementation projects
- At least two years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform projects
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, including new implementations, upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements
- Strong knowledge of both Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches
- Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Operations
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Experience managing integration projects involving Microsoft Azure, APIs, Logic Apps, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
