Job Summary
Gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables by acting as a bridge between the onsite engagement team and the client. Lead a team of consultants by overseeing workload distribution, managing recruitment, and driving knowledge sharing initiatives. Drive solution design, create documentation, and lead work streams while ensuring quality through system and functional testing. Deliver end-user training, provide on-site support during delivery and go-live phases, and participate in RFP/RFQ responses. Manage scope creep via change control, mentor employees, and forecast resources.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics professional services
- Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience in presales activities
- Data Migration Experience
- Knowledge of RSAT
- Experience of Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience with interfaces and Integrations
- Experience of LCS
- Must be able to relocate to Malta
- Must be able to work in a hybrid work type
- Must be available for GMT +1 working hours
- Must follow clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Masters preferred
- Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian
- Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
