Job Summary
Lead the configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM Finance projects, including conceptual design, planning, and solution blueprint creation aligned with Stoneridge methodologies. Evaluate business processes to define functional requirements and design specifications, then act as solution advisor during design, development, testing, and deployment phases. Provide project leadership by collaborating with technical teams and clients to drive organizational adoption, manage estimates, and ensure rigorous testing and issue resolution. Conduct user training, support acceptance testing, and maintain documentation while proactively monitoring Microsoft updates and industry trends. Perform pre-sales activities, manage third-party vendor relationships, and track tasks via Azure DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience, leading full-life cycle implementations
- Exceptional understanding of D365 F&SCM Finance architecture and supporting functional modules
- 5+ years of experience with the following: .NET/X++, AX 2009 / 2012 and D365 F&SCM Finance, solution design for complex integrations and customizations, and Microsoft-hosted environment and release management tools and processes required
- Understanding of Integration Architecture and Data Architecture
- Experience with Power Platform
- Demonstrated leadership role on enterprise-level projects
- Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the 'roll up the sleeves' level of performing all phases of an implementation – including knowledge in system upgrades and integrations
- Experience conducting requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis
- Ability to translate requirements into the architecture for the solution
- Working knowledge of ISV solutions
- Background working in the corporate business aspect of the finance industry, as well as technical knowledge of finance solutions on the market is a plus
- Holding of relevant Microsoft D365 applicable certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, MB-700, etc.
- Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills – both within a team and as an individual
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
