Job Summary
BDO Digital is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 F&O Practice in Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You will act as a trusted advisor to external customers and project teams, lead larger projects, mentor other consultants, analyze customer business needs, optimize processes within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, and provide training to client staff to support ERP implementations. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality work, understanding clients' industries and challenges, and driving effective service delivery with a values-driven, inclusive, and learning-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong expertise in the Finance functional area and relevant modules (General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, multiple currency management)
- Full cycle ERP implementation experience
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting and Project Accounting
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with detailed understanding of Financial System concepts and module functionality
