Job Summary
Lead Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations by designing finance solutions, performing setup for business processes, and configuring system integrations with third-party applications. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to extract requirements and present technical visions through process design and customizations. Contribute to solution proposals and execution plans, while providing leadership and risk mitigation guidance across the functional area. Perform client demonstrations and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences. Organize projects efficiently, make strategic recommendations, and prioritize self-development through training to enhance expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5-8+ years of consulting experience
- 3+ Years leading D365 F&O implementations
- At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations with Finance
- Experience working within the following D365 F&O modules: AR, AP, collections, GL, fixed assets
- Experience with SK Soft
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

- Travel is expected to be up to 25% of the role
- In-person work at Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN locations is encouraged and, at times, required
- Team members should expect to travel to these offices as needed based on role expectations, project requirements, team collaboration, training, or other business-driven needs
