Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Analyst Programmer (Relocate to Malta/Big 4)

Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the platform while providing technical support and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct system testing and validation, and develop documentation for configurations and user guides. Mentor junior team members on functionalities and development practices, stay current with industry trends, and represent the firm professionally. Protect all shared information in accordance with client confidentiality standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of D365 F&O experience, and proficiency in X++ and SQL Server. Based in Silema, Malta with hybrid work options, the position includes relocation support and visa assistance for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support
- Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and experience with extensions and customizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices
- Experience with integration tools and techniques, including Data Entities and Power Platform
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to travel abroad when required
