Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant 2 (Relocate to Malta/Big 4)

Job Summary
Gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables with onsite engagement and client teams while ensuring quality project delivery through system and functional testing. Assist in documenting functional requirements, completing gap/fit analyses, and creating solution documentation. Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues, provide on-site support during delivery and go-live phases, and contribute to pre-sales activities by building demos and proof-of-concept solutions. Occasionally respond to RFPs and RFQs, identify practice development activities, and ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training. Protect all shared client information and maintain awareness of the D365FO product roadmap and future releases.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Level of Education
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy or 3 end to end implementations
- Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
- Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
- Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
- Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
- Strong Client Relationship Management
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Resilient and comfortable working in fast changing environments
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to relocate to Malta
- Visa support available (implied requirement for relocation)
