Job Summary
Gather requirements, conduct gap/fit analysis, and finalize deliverables with onsite and client teams to ensure quality project delivery. Document functional solutions, lead end-user training, and provide on-site support through go-live phases. Contribute to pre-sales activities by building demo and proof-of concept solutions for client presentations, while occasionally responding to RFPs and RFQs. Protect client information and ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training. Maintain awareness of the D365FO product roadmap and future releases.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Level of Education
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy or 3 end to end implementations
- Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
- Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
- Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
- Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
- Strong Client Relationship Management
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Resilient and comfortable working in fast changing environments
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to relocate to Malta
- Visa support available (implied requirement for relocation)
