Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) for a Department of Veterans Affairs project. Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation while integrating systems via APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and provide ongoing support and documentation. Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards. Candidates must reside in the continental US, hold a bachelor's degree, possess 5+ years of hands-on experience, and complete fingerprinting and background checks. Prior federal government experience supporting CRM solutions and active or obtainable government clearance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)
- Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Prior federal government experience supporting or implementing CRM solutions
- Experience working with the VA or other federal agencies
- Active or the ability to obtain a government clearance
- Background in data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and DevOps practices
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- The candidate must reside within the continental US
- Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
