Job Summary
Lead and manage Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP implementations while overseeing IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and delivery, and administer Jira/ITSM environments to coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams. Drive project timelines, scope, and resource allocation, monitor performance for quality deliverables, and facilitate communication across distributed teams. Support continuous improvement and process optimization. This consultant role focuses on end-to-end project execution and cross-functional team coordination for enterprise technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP)
- Solid background in IT Project Management / Program Delivery
- Hands-on experience with Jira (administration or ITSM workflows)
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, tracking)
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
