Job Summary
Develop and implement complex Dynamics 365 solutions, writing REST services in JavaScript and building customizations, plugins, and web resources via Power Apps and Power Automate. Oversee deployment processes while collaborating within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver end-to-end Customer Care solutions. Requires 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience, 4+ years in C# and .NET Core, and deep HTML5/CSS3 knowledge. Full-time, in-person role with 5-day work week. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 (Cloud) development, with a proven track record
- 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
- Deep knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Practical experience writing REST services and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in development incorporating AI
