Job Summary
Engage with customers to understand business processes and operational requirements for manufacturing organisations. Analyse, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to optimise business processes and deliver ERP solutions. Advise clients on best practices for manufacturing and ERP processes while configuring and supporting implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful projects, and provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies. Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within the manufacturing industry, either as a Business Systems Consultant or in an operational role such as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or similar
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud/SaaS)
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective ERP solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- ERP platforms such as SAP, IFS, or Monitor ERP
- Business Central extensions including Tasklet Factory, Aptean, or Insight Works
- Business Central Warehouse Management or Service Management modules
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or manufacturing process control solutions
- Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Wider Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem knowledge
