Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant

Job Summary
Oversee functional delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects as the primary point of contact for client discussions. Lead solution design, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and quality assurance while coordinating with developers and solution architects. Manage integration efforts, end-user training, and cut-over planning to ensure successful go-live and hyper-care support. Coordinate scope, timelines, and deliverables with project managers while mentoring junior consultants. Maintain up-to-date certifications and align solutions with Microsoft's roadmap and best practices. Contribute to internal practice development and manage project activity planning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Central functional consultant
- Thorough knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV
- Core finance knowledge
- Accounts payable knowledge
- Accounts receivable knowledge
- Sales and purchase order processing knowledge
- Inventory and warehouse management knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of Continia
- Comprehensive knowledge of Tasklet
- Knowledge of other popular Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language
- Strong consulting skills

- Masters or Certification in relevant fields
