Job Summary
Provide customer support for designated equipment by answering client questions professionally and accepting service calls within established service level agreements. Troubleshoot basic to complex issues for desktops, laptops, and servers while ensuring control of assets and inventory through prompt part turnaround. Complete real-time reporting of all calls and adhere to safety policies and guidelines daily. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for driving to client locations, including long distances and occasional overnight assignments. Lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs and own a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- valid registration
- adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances
- occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
