Job Summary
Provide customer support for designated equipment by answering client questions professionally and addressing technical issues for desktops, laptops, servers, and Desk Side Support. Accept and deliver all service calls within established service level agreements while completing real-time reporting and administrative tasks per policy. Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt part turnaround and adhere to all safety guidelines and OEM certification requirements. Maintain accurate activity logs and meet customer service satisfaction criteria. Valid driver's license and ability to drive long distances or overnight assignments are required.
Required Qualifications
- technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- valid registration
- adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances
- occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
