Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support is a senior, client-facing role responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, ESF, and servers for designated clients. The position entails providing professional customer support, handling service calls within SLAs, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, and ensuring asset and inventory control per client agreements. Travel to client locations is required, including long-distance and occasional overnight assignments; candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate with OEM certifications. Office is Milwaukee, WI with in-person remote work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair toolkit
