Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support role providing high-level and hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Interacts with clients to address technical issues, responds promptly, and adheres to service-level agreements. Responsibilities include customer support for designated equipment, professional client communication, completing service calls and administrative tasks, real-time reporting, following policies, managing assets/inventory, and reporting activity accurately. Requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience; OEM certifications and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required; candidate must be able to drive to client locations and possibly perform long-distance travel with a basic repair toolkit. Safety policies must be followed. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
