Dynamic Server Support Technician

Job Summary
Provide customer support for designated equipment by answering client questions professionally and accepting service calls within established service level agreements. Troubleshoot basic, moderately complex, and complex issues for desktops, laptops, and servers while interacting directly with clients to address technical issues timely. Complete all administrative and real-time reporting tasks as documented in policies, ensuring accurate activity logs and asset inventory control through prompt part turnaround. Adhere to safety policies and guidelines daily, maintaining OEM certifications and utilizing a personal repair tool kit. Drive to client locations and handle occasional overnight assignments within other geographies, lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- valid registration
- adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances
- occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
