Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position focused on repairing a variety of client products. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing technical issues, fulfilling service calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, reporting activities and ensuring control of inventory. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent, some relevant experience, and be able to communicate technical information effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
