Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician performs basic to complex troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, desk-side support, and servers, ensuring timely and accurate response to client issues. Responsibilities include customer support, following service level agreements, and maintaining asset control through prompt management of parts and equipment. Candidates should have technical certification and up to 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive to client locations. Must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the capacity to lift computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
