Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior role focused on repairing client products while providing customer support for designated equipment. Responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, delivering service calls within established service level agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing real-time reporting of service calls. Candidates should have technical school certification, knowledge of software and hardware, and a valid driver's license. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to client locations is required.
Required Qualifications
