Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior role responsible for troubleshooting and repairing client products, including desktops, laptops, and servers. The role involves providing customer support, answering client questions, and ensuring timely resolution of service calls within established service level agreements. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, relevant software and hardware knowledge, and must maintain OEM certifications as directed. This position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Additional duties may be assigned according to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
