Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician performs tasks related to the repair of client products and involves basic to complex troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, and Servers. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions professionally, meeting service level agreements, completing administrative tasks, ensuring asset and inventory control, and adhering to safety policies. The role requires technical certification, with a focus on communication skills, client interaction, and the ability to manage equipment safely.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
