Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for performing a variety of troubleshooting tasks related to the repair of client products such as desktops, laptops, and servers. The role requires providing customer support, answering client questions, meeting service level agreements, and completing administrative tasks associated with service calls. Candidates must have a technical school certification, relevant experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Additional requirements include maintaining OEM certifications, being able to drive to client locations, and having the ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
