Dynamic Server Support Technician

Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of client products including desktops, laptops, and servers. The role involves providing customer support, answering client questions, meeting service level agreements, and managing call documentation. Candidates should possess communication skills for technical issues, a valid driver’s license for travel to client locations, and must be able to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Previous customer service experience and maintaining relevant OEM certifications are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
