Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position focused on the repair of client products including desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing technical issues professionally, meeting service level agreements, and completing administrative tasks linked to service calls. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience, alongside necessary certifications and the ability to communicate effectively. The role requires driving to client locations and involves lifting computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
