Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician performs basic to complex troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers, providing direct customer support and ensuring client service agreements are met. Responsibilities include managing service calls, adhering to safety policies, and documenting administrative tasks. Requires technical school graduation, familiarity with hardware/software, a valid driver's license, and physical capability to handle equipment. The role may involve travel and requires effective communication skills to resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
