Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position responsible for repairing a variety of client products, performing troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. The role involves providing customer support, answering client questions, meeting service level agreements, and completing administrative tasks related to service calls. Essential skills include communication on technical issues, the ability to travel to client locations, and the physical capability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware

- Must own a basic repair tool kit
