Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician responsible for complex troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Engage in customer support by addressing client questions and service calls within service level agreements while meeting customer service satisfaction criteria. Complete all related administrative tasks, real-time reporting, and ensure asset control. Skills required include effective communication of technical issues, the ability to travel to client locations, and physical capability to move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Must possess a basic repair tool kit. Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
