Dynamic Server Support Technician

Job Summary
The Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for performing basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions, ensuring service calls meet established client service level agreements, completing administrative tasks, and managing asset inventory in accordance with client service agreements. This position requires strong communication skills for technical issues and the ability to travel to various client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
