Job Summary
The Dynamic Server Support Technician requires knowledge of software and hardware, performing tasks related to the repair of desktops, laptops, and servers. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing technical issues, timely service delivery, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring proper asset control. Strong communication skills are important for interactions with clients, and individuals must be able to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
