Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician responsible for repairing client products and performing troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Engage with clients to address technical issues and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Responsibilities include customer support for designated equipment, professional client interactions, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, managing administrative tasks, real-time reporting, and maintaining precise control of assets and inventory. Candidates must possess communication skills for technical discussions, ability to travel to client locations, lift up to 50 lbs., own a basic repair tool kit, and may need to undertake long-distance travel with occasional overnight assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
