Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician role involves tasks related to the repair of various client products, including desktops, laptops, and servers. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing client questions, completing service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service documentation. The position requires strong communication regarding technical issues and the ability to drive to various client locations, along with maintaining safety policies. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent and may have up to 2 years of experience. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
